Tango is such an intimate and expressive dance. <3
yes I do agree, I think that you really have to be in the moment, and give yourself to your partner and the music and then it is beautiful, that is the feeling I felt between these two dancers.
Nice shot! I like the angle you chose. How did you get that paint-like effect?
Thanks elentrai, I used a couple of different filter in photoshop for the paint effect.
I’ve always wanted to learn to tango…….
I stil want to learn!
I love the photo and I love the words from Cohen. http://wp.me/pdJ7S-wu
Thanks Brandon, I am a fan of Cohen.
I love to dance and regret never having lessons, I love your photo
thanks Gilly, I think someday I will take dance lessons.
Awesome photo!
thanks for taking time visit and to comment.
The angle works very well with their bodies so straight and tall.
thanks, the angle was a bit of a risk given the activity, but I thought it worked, I am glad you agree!
great photo, and I love the Leonard Cohen lyrics. a favorite!
thanks, Lenonard Cohen is easy to listen, I am glad you think the photo works!
well written. great shot
thanks Amar.
Beautiful poem and amazing capture. This image stirs the soul of love.
Thanks Angelia, Lenard Cohen and tango dancing are a good combination for stiring the soul! I am glad you like the image, and please that the three work together so well. Thanks for visiting the blog and for taking time to comment.
great perspective and love your words
Thanks Jo, I am glad you like the photo, but I can’t take credit for the words – they are the words of the great poet, singer, songwriter Lenoard Cohen, but they two do seem to go well together!
They certainly do – but it’s not terrible to use the words of another – especially if they fit the occasion…as they do here.
Lovely photo, and I especially like the paintography application. Great selection of song. Nice job.
