Plaza Espana, Merida Spain,

Plaza Espana, Merida Spain on a Saturday night
Plaza Espana, Merida Spain on a Saturday night

We were sitting having a glass of wine in the Plaza Mayor, here in Merida last night. It was full of kids playing, parents with strollers, and old people walking hand in hand.  Thought out the square there are about 4 or 5 Tapa bars where music was playing, and people were visiting. I decided a long exposure showing people moving about was a wonderful way of capturing the light, and the life of the square.

  1. Dorothy and I were sitting, having a bottle of wine in our living room, here in Airdrie last night. Outside there were no kids playing, no parents with strollers, no old people walking by hand in hand. Out out the window there were about 4 or 5 trapp-ed cars where people were cursing and people were helping.I decided a long exposure helping people moving their cars was a wonderful way of capturing a cold and the life of an invalid. I tried to take a picture but my camera froze up.

The joys of living in 2 different parts of the world are, well, worlds apart! 🙂 🙂

Great photo Janice showing the wonderful light of late evening and people enjoying the European lifestyle!
