We arrived in Budapest late afternoon, and after a quiet meal we headed out to see what we could find. The streets were pretty quiet, the day before All Saint’s Day, a National Holiday when everything or pretty everything is shut down for the day. The fog was starting to roll down the river, so the distant lights are pretty hazy, it was a perfect evening for photography.

We wandered down to the river, Budapest has several bridges connecting what was at one time two different cities. The Elizabeth Bridge is the longest suspension bridge in the world and was completely rebuilt after World War ll.
